- Merchant of Record: All subscription payments, invoices, and sales taxes are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Koraslide Inc. ("Koraslide", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our website, web application, AI tools, social scheduling engine, or client approval portals (collectively, the "Services"), you agree that you have read, understood, and accept all of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use Koraslide.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and password. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property Rights
- Your Content Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the images, text copy, brand kits, graphics, logos, and post designs ("User Content") that you create, upload, or publish using Koraslide.
- Koraslide Intellectual Property: Koraslide owns all right, title, and interest in and to the Services—including our software, web application, underlying codebase, UI design system, built-in visual templates, algorithms, and trademarks.
- License to Koraslide: You grant Koraslide a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, store, render, and transmit your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Services (e.g., rendering slide PNG exports or transmitting posts to social media APIs).
4. Acceptable Use & Conduct Guidelines
You agree not to use Koraslide to:
- Publish or distribute illegal, unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent content.
- Violate the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
- Generate spam, misleading engagement bait, or automated network abuse that violates the Terms of Service of connected social networks (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram).
- Reverse engineer, decompile, crawl, or attempt to extract source code or underlying AI models from Koraslide.
- Bypass rate limits, security protections, or access controls.
5. Subscriptions, Payments & Lemon Squeezy Merchant of Record
Koraslide offers a Freemium model with optional paid subscription tiers (Pro, Agency) and credit add-on packs.
- Merchant of Record: All subscription purchases, credit pack transactions, tax calculations (VAT/Sales Tax), invoicing, and payment processing are fulfilled by our reseller partner, Lemon Squeezy, LLC. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.
- Billing Cycle & Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features through the end of your current billing period.
- Credit Packs: Purchased AI credit top-ups never expire and are consumed after your monthly plan allowance is exhausted.
6. AI Generation Disclaimer & User Responsibility
Koraslide incorporates automated artificial intelligence features to assist with copy writing and image artwork generation.
- AI-generated text and artwork outputs are provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing it to your social media channels or sharing client approval links.
7. Social Platform Third-Party Services
Koraslide connects with third-party APIs (including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Meta Facebook & Instagram). We are not responsible for social platform downtime, algorithm changes, API policy shifts, or account suspensions imposed by third-party social networks.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koraslide Inc., its officers, directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or social media account penalties—arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal or unauthorized activity.
