Before you decide
What counts as an AI generation?
Each time the AI writes or draws for you: a new draft, a rewrite, a set of added slides, or one piece of artwork. Editing, templates, exporting and publishing never use one.
Is the editor really free?
Yes. The full editor, all 80+ templates, unlimited designs and exports, scheduling and publishing are free on every plan, for as long as you use Koraslide.
What happens if I cancel or move down a plan?
You keep your plan until the end of what you've paid for. Nothing is deleted: brands beyond your new plan are paused, not removed, and anything already scheduled still goes out.
Can I switch between Pro and Agency?
Any time. Moving up starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month; moving down takes effect with a credit towards your next bill.
Do unused generations roll over?
Your monthly allowance starts fresh each month. Credits you buy are different: they never expire, and are used only once the month's allowance is gone.
How is payment handled?
By Lemon Squeezy, who take cards and PayPal, handle sales tax and VAT, and send your receipts. You can change your card, cancel or get invoices from your profile.
